Professional Background: I graduated from Loyola University with a major in Psychology and hold a Master’s in School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. My post-graduate journey has led me through diverse experiences in inpatient, residential, outpatient, and school settings, ultimately leading me to start my own private practice, Metanoia Methods. Here, I am dedicated to continuing my work in a field I am deeply passionate about, helping individuals navigate their paths to mental wellness.

Our services are exclusively offered through virtual sessions, allowing you to access quality mental health care from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether you're at home, at work, or on the go, our virtual platform ensures therapy fits seamlessly into your life.

Exclusively for Adults We specialize in adult therapy, catering to individuals aged 18 and over. Our focus is on addressing and supporting the unique challenges and complexities that adults face in today's fast-paced world. From navigating career pressures to managing personal relationships, we are here to guide and support you through every step.

Serving Residents of Illinois and Wisconsin Our services are available to residents of Illinois and Wisconsin. To ensure we provide the best care in compliance with state regulations, patients must have residency in one of these states. This focus allows us to tailor our services to the specific needs and nuances of our clients in these regions.

  • Each session typically lasts for about 55 minutes. However, the duration can be adjusted based on the therapy plan and individual needs.

  • The frequency of sessions depends on your unique situation and goals. It could range from weekly to monthly, and will be discussed and agreed upon with your therapist.

  • We adhere to strict confidentiality policies and ethical guidelines to ensure your privacy is protected. Therapist will go over any exceptions to confidentiality.

  • We understand that unforeseen events happen. We request that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee.

  • Yes, we currently only offer teletherapy sessions remotely so you don’t have to worry about making the travel.
